Abstract

Over the past few years, sharia insurance has become one of the most discussed insurance products among the public. This insurance is here to fulfill the interests and desires of many people who expect an insurance product that is halal and in accordance with sharia provisions. Islamic jurists are fully aware that the legal status of Islamic insurance has never been established. The thought of Islamic insurance emerged when there was cultural acculturation between Islam and Europe.
