With the densification of cellular networks (This work was supported by China’s 863 Project (No. 2015AA01A706), the National S&T Major Project (No. 2016ZX03001017), and by Science and Technology Program of Beijing (No. D161100001016002)), co-channel interference affects the system throughput significantly, while coordinated resource allocation among multiple access points (APs) can improve the network performance. In this paper, we propose an efficient scheme of coordinated user association and subcarrier allocation to obtain the maximum sum rate in a cell cluster. Simulation results show that our scheduling scheme improves the sum rate compared with the maximum received signal strength based user scheduling.
