Training pedagogical universities students in the field of school learning administration

Abstract

Introduction. Training of pedagogical university students in the field of school learning administration is important because the search for effective mechanisms for school learning administration is carried out at all levels of the educational system from a preschool institution to a higher educational institution. Materials and methods. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the study include systemic, activity-related and communicative approaches in complementarity. The following methods and techniques were used in the study: The method of pedagogical observation, the method of questioning (questioning, interviewing, testing), the method of expert evaluation (Delphi method), t-student test to establish differences between the control and experimental groups, "Valuable orientation" method of M. Rokich to establish the motivational orientation of students of pedagogical universities in the framework of the problem under study. Study results. As part of the study, a model was developed and introduced to prepare students of pedagogical universities for school learning administration and the conditions for its effective functioning. The study involved 120 students studying pedagogical disciplines. The experiment showed that at the generalizing stage in EG-3 there were significant changes in the dynamics of the level of students' readiness for effective management of the educational process in the school: The number of students with a reproductive level of formation of the studied indicators decreased from 50% to 0, the number of students with the productive level increased by 20%, the number of students with a creative level increased by 30%. Discussion. It is required not only to give tasks during teaching practice at school, but also to simulate typical situations during classroom instruction at a university through contextual and interactive technologies to train effectively the pedagogical universities students in the field of school learning administration. Conclusion. The results of the study can be used in the organization of the study of pedagogical disciplines by students of pedagogical universities and subject teachers of educational organizations in the educational process and the organization of school learning administration.
