Salah satu fenomena alam yang terjadi di beberapa wilayah Indonesia berupa bencana banjir. Pemerintah melakukan sosialisasi melalui pendekatan dan bimbingan kepada masyarakat tentang mitigasi bencana banjir. Usaha penanganan mitigasi bencana banjir untuk jalur evakuasi kendaraan sistem transportasi, agar masyarakat dapat mempersiapkan diri jika terjadi bencana banjir. Salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya banjir, yaitu kondisi tinggi dan rendah elevasi tanah, kurang tersedia limpasan/daerah aliran sungai, dan daerah resapan air, sehingga menjadi tempat genangan air yang menjadikan kondisi daerah tersebut menjadi zona rawan, sangat rawan, dan waspada terhadap bencana banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan jalur evakuasi menggunakan kendaraan menuju ke daerah evakuasi sebagai upaya mengurangi risiko akibat bencana banjir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara langsung, dan studi dokumentasi Total luas daerah berdampak banjir, yaitu: Kecamatan Rappocini sebesar 2,949 km2, Kecamatan Manggala sebesar 10,888 km2, dan Kecamatan Panakukkang sebesar 9,410 km2. Daerah dan jalur evakuasi bencana banjir berdasarkan kondisi daerah sangat aman dan aman dari bencana banjir, di Kecamatan Manggala sebanyak 6 (enam) tempat dan 6 (enam) ruas jalan; di Kecamatan Rappocini sebanyak 21 (dua puluh satu) tempat dan 8 (delapan) ruas jalan; dan di Kecamatan Panakkukang sebanyak 21 (dua puluh satu) tempat dan 14 (empat belas) ruas jalan One of the natural phenomena that occurs in several regions of Indonesia is in the form of floods. The government conducts outreach through approaches and guidance to the community regarding flood disaster mitigation. Efforts to handle flood disaster mitigation for transportation system vehicle evacuation routes, so that people can prepare themselves in the event of a flood disaster. One of the factors causing the occurrence of flooding, namely the condition of high and low ground elevation, lack of available runoff/watersheds, and water catchment areas, so that it becomes a pool of water which makes the condition of the area a vulnerable zone, very vulnerable, and alert to flood disasters. . This study aims to plan an evacuation route using a vehicle to the evacuation area as an effort to reduce the risk of flooding. The type of research used is qualitative research by collecting data using observation, direct interviews, and documentation studies. The total area affected by flooding, namely: Rappocini District of 2,949 km2, Manggala District of 10,888 km2, and Panakukkang District of 9,410 km2. Areas and evacuation routes for floods based on regional conditions are very safe and secure from floods, in Manggala District there are 6 (six) places and 6 (six) roads; in the Rappocini District as many as 21 (twenty one) places and 8 (eight) roads; and in Panakkukang District as many as 21 (twenty one) places and 14 (fourteen) roads
