Abstract

This paper presents the methodology of human resource management adopted to Health Technology Management Centre applied for to public hospitals network in Santa Catarina, Brazil. In order to create competenceis in Clinical Engineering, the methodology encourages educations, qualifications and updating activities for the clinical engineering team and training of health professionals for appropriate use of technology. In order to impact the quality of health service, Clinical Engineering should seek to analyze the technological process on the important need to develop human resources trained and qualified. © 2013 Springer.
