In recent years, the development of internet banking applications has gained momentum. The effect of this situation on bank performance is discussed. The aim of study in this context is to be able to reveal the effects of internet banking on bank performance from e-banking channels. The sample of the research is banks operating in Turkey and publishing internet-banking statistics. All data used in the research were obtained from the internet and mobile banking statistics published on the website of The Banks Association of Turkey. Quarterly data of an average of 26 banks are taken up for internet banking. 2007-2016 for internet banking are taken into consideration. Multiple linear regression method was used to determine the effect of internet banking activities on bank performance. In this direction, the transaction volume with the number of active users for internet banking and the total revenue and bank liquidity data as the bank performance indicator were utilized. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the number of active internet banking users and transaction volume are positively related to bank total revenue. Nevertheless, when the transaction volume of internet banking has positive effect on bank liquidity, there is no significant relationship with the number of active users.
