Abstract

Nonlinear pseudo random sequences based on Latin squares have important applications in cryptography. Nonlinear pseudo random sequences with large periods have more extensive applications. Different Latin squares have different properties with the period of the sequence it produced. There are many different experimental methods to determine which Latin square is suitable. In this paper, based on mathematical theory, we give the constructions of Latin squares with large period growth from Frobenius groups. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2012.
