KEMANDIRIAN ANAK USIA DINI DITINJAU DARI POLA ASUH ORANGTUA

Abstract

Pola Asuh Kemandirian Anak Usia Dini This study aims to find out how independent children are in terms of parenting styles. This research uses ex post facto research method. Data collection uses a questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The research location is Jalan Pelabuhan Ratu Raya RT.004/RW.010, Sepanjang Jaya, Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City. The results of this study are 1) Children's independence is more formed when parents apply democratic parenting, 2) Children's independence with democratic parenting gets a higher score than authoritarian or permissive parenting. Where there are 21 parents who use this parenting style, with a percentage of child independence of 42.9%. While authoritarian parenting with 6 parents who use it with an independence percentage of 50%. And permissive parenting style 3 people who use this parenting style with a percentage of 33.3%. That means more democratic parenting is used by parents to help develop independence in children.
