Abstract

Monitoring of body condition can be done through by examination of several health parameters. in this case can be used as a reference for long-term health care. This research focuses on monitoring body temperature parameters based on the identification of each user. This is done by utilizing a series of microcontroller modules as sistem processors, mlx90614 for body temperature detection and identification via the mfrc522 module. The selection of a non-contact temperature sensor is carried out to minimize the transmission of the virus and also every user can still know the amount of body temperature without object contacted directly. Identification is used to avoid data exchange between each user. Both of these processes must be run at the same time. Identification information and temperature values are presented via a 16x2 lcd with an i2c interface and compared with a thermo gun. The results show a difference of about 0.4 to 0.6 degrees Celsius. While the test is based on a distance between 1 cm to 10 cm, each showing a difference of 0.3 to 0.8 degrees Celsius. The difference in readings that is getting bigger is influenced by the distance setting so that it results in the field of view of the temperature sensor to other objects being scanned.
