Abstract

Life science open-source tool has been proven to be much useful. In medical domain, the open-source tools were applied for the predictive and diagnosis process for the better medical treatment. DNA studies and mapping of brain involves in diagnosis the cause of various diseases. Medical data were present in the large size and growing highly, which needs to be managed effectively. These data can be applied with the present algorithm or improved one for the effective diagnosis process on bioinformatics. This chapter is focussed on open-source tools explaining architecture, domain and data management issues and some other examples which are used for solving many life science problems are addressed.
