Novos registros de Veronicellidae (Gastropoda, Mollusca) para Itabuna, Bahia, Brasil e sua ocorrência no conteúdo estomacal de serpentes do gênero Dipsas Laurenti (Colubridae)

Abstract

New record for Itabuna, Bahia, Brazil of Vemnicellidae (Gaslro-poda, Mollusca) and ils occurrence in lhe slomach conlenls of snakes Dipsos Laurenli (Colubridae). The predominanl occurrence ofthe species Sarasinula mor-ginata (Semper, 1885) in 31 101S, ali proceeding from lhe slomach contents of the snakes Dipsas Laurenri, 1768 was determined. A species still not determined of Novovaginula Thiele, 1931 was represented in 10 lots and in a living collecled lot (wilh only one specimen, not mature). One-third species, Potamojallllarius!usclIs (Heyne-mann, 1885) is represenled only in a 101 ofslugs collected alive (seven specimens) and was contirmed in a lot offour specimens, this ofthe Museum ofZoology, University of São Paulo (USP), São Paulo.
