Abstract

Online education has become increasingly popular in recent years, resulting in new challenges for educational institutions to develop innovative strategies to support and enhance their programs. This paper discusses the different forms that innovation strategies can take, such as new approaches to online instruction and the development of new technologies and tools to enhance the online learning experience. The effective use of innovation strategies can lead to gaining support from stakeholders and achieving team goals more efficiently. Furthermore, innovation strategies can help institutions to overcome challenges that arise during the implementation of new approaches and technologies, such as resistance to change, lack of resources, and difficulties in managing the complexity of technology integration. By employing successful strategies to overcome these challenges, institutions can enhance the educational experience for students and instructors alike. The purpose of this paper is to explore how online education innovation strategies can be used to gain support and accomplish team goals within higher education institutions. The significance of innovation strategies in ensuring success and sustainability in online education is discussed, providing insights for institutions and online education leaders to position themselves for success in a rapidly evolving education landscape.
