Abstract

This issue of the journal includes four papers on wind power and nature protection. They deal with the use of wind energy with regard to nature protection regulations in the Bundeslander; bird migration and wind energy planning with reference to Plon in Schleswig-Holstein; the evaluation and treatment of wind power installations with regard to nature protection law using the example of Hessen; and the potential for the off-shore erection of wind energy installations.
