Abstract

The main objective of the research was to assess the training of the managerial competencies of graduates of postgraduate courses in administration in the domains of strategic, intra-strategic, personal efficiency and research. The type of study that was used was a quantitative methodology of exploratory-descriptive type. The instrument that was designed to obtain the information was a questionnaire based on a Likert scale. The sample consisted of 125 graduates distributed in four graduate programs. The main results of the study were that the graduates have a consolidated level of achievement in the intra-strategic competences; a moderate level in the strategic competences and personal effectiveness and an insufficient level in the research ones.
