Abstract

The distribution of Mn in plants is strongly affected both by its accumulation and release by specific cells and organs and by its movement in the xylem and phloem saps. It is an important factor in the development and expression of Mn deficiency and in the relationship between yield and Mn concentrations in plant parts.
