Abstract

In light of the high complexity of the Emergency Decision-making, this paper introduced the Agent technology in artificial intelligence theory on the basis of the traditional Emergency Decision-supporting System. Taking into full consideration of such aspects as the function structure and systematic structure, and the negotiation mechanism among Agents, an Emergency Decision-supporting System is built on the basis of Multi-Agent negotiation. The negotiation and calculation is achieved through the combination of the scenario analysis and case reasoning.
