The present paper addresses the link between education and socio-productive worlds, based on the experience of Technical School No 3157 in San Carlos (Salta, Argentina) which has adopted an agroecological approach for its educational project. This work analyzes the relationship between graduates, regional socio-productive reality and labor market as well as the importance assigned to the role of the institution in the graduates job placement. The study relies on a predominantly qualitative research combined with collaborative work inspired by Participatory Action-Research.
