Abstract

The article presents a study of the physiology of vesicles and the regulated response in vesiculation to envelop stress from oxidants, metals and heat. An overview of the studies of McBroom and Kuehn in activation of complementary extra cytoplasmic pathways in response to envelop stress to protect cells in gram negative bacteria like Escherichia coli, the process of vesiculation, risks of increased vesiculation, is presented.
