Abstract

work performance. The present research was conducted on the teaching faculty and head of departments at the universities of Balochistan, Pakistan. The study findings showed a positive relationship between leadership of servants and job performance; moreover, grit has been shown to play a major mediating role between the two constructs. Furthermore, in this paper the relevance of the study to the field of knowledge and contribution to practitioners and potential research guidance is discussed .
