Abstract

In 1927, Louis Varlez wrote that “the study of international law on migration (expression approved by the author) shows that there is very strong and fertile regulatory activity, where it is possible, even better than for another phenomenon.” Indeed, international migration allows to focus on evolutions and is a challenge for international law.
