The surgeon attempting secondary rhinoplasty should have initial experience with revisions not only of their own rhinoplasty patients but those of many other surgeons where a wide range of problems have been encountered. The Middle Eastern patient represents additional unique difficulties in how their nasal morphology should be properly handled.
