Information retrieval from heterogeneous knowledge sources based on multi-agent system

Abstract

This paper presents a multi-agent approach for scientific information retrieval from heterogeneous sources. An experimental platform has been built with the use of Scala language. A case study is shown demonstrating the results with the use of Google and Bing search engines and locally stored DBLP database. © 2013 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
