Abstract

Eurylana is established for Cirolana cookii Filhol and C. arcuata Hale and differs from other cirolanid genera in the morphology of the pleopods and male appendix and in the first antenna, clypeus and frontal lamina. Some ecological notes are provided for both species. Keys are given for the New Zealand genera of Cirolanidae and species of Eurylana. © 1981 Journal of the Royal Society of New Zealand.
