Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify a method for generating a "priority order for improvement" and "specific ideas for improvement" to support the improvement of the motivation of employees, and to verify the effectiveness of the method by a questionnaire given to employees of an actual company. © 2009 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
