Abstract

According to Holland's Statistics for occupational interest, we compiled the Preliminary Questionnaire of the Undergraduates' Occupational Interests. Then questionnaire of the Undergraduates' Occupational Interests was formed by the confirmatory factor analysis and correct of the questionnaire. Finally, it has been used to conduct a poll among some students of Liao Cheng University, and the result has been analyzed by SPSS statistics software. The result shows that the situation of career interest development from high to low include: art type, no differentiation, enterprise type, research-based type, conventional type, reality type and social type. More importantly, it is good to improve the guidance for the orientation of undergraduates' occupational interest. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
