Abstract

Software as a Service (SaaS) has become the new paradigm in software development. Ecosystems of Web Services can be flexibly and dynamically composed to suit user specific needs. Quality is essential to the success of service based applications. The process of service composition has a major impact on the quality of the final product. We propose a dynamic and flexible Quality of Service Composition (QoSC) model for the composed service and a conceptual framework for the service composition process. © 2012 International Federation for Information Processing.
