Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya dugaan permasalahan yang ada di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu di Depok, Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal serta Pelayanan Terpadu Kota Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan populasi adalah keseluruhan karyawan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayayan Terpadu yang berjumlah 60 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan sensus. Populasi diambil secara keseluruhan dijadikan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai demikian juga dengan hasil lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Dapat disimpulkan secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif di antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Kata kunci: budaya kerja, lingkungan kerja, prestasi kerja ABSTRACT This research was conducted because of the alleged problems that exist in The Investment and Integrated Service Department in Depok, West Java. The study was conducted to analyze whether there is an influence of work culture and work environment on the work performance of the employees of The Investment Office and Integrated Services in Depok. The research method used is a quantitative approach, using multiple regression analysis, with the population consisting of 60 employees of the integrated investment and service department. This study uses a total sampling technique, with a census. The population is taken as a whole as respondents. The results of this study indicate that work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as well as the results of the work environment having a positive and significant effect on work performance. It can be concluded that simultaneously has a positive influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable. Keywords: work culture, work environment, work performance.
