Abstract

Human resource development was created through education and training for employees with the aim of improving the quality of human resources. Urgency of Municipal Police tasks underpin the training needs according to the current conditions. This study aimed to get an effective training recommendation based on the evaluation of job analysis. Descriptive analysis method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) use value of mode and mean value to know aspect of human resource management which is considered important and need improvement. The result of the evaluation of job analysis shows 7 components need improvement, one of them is development and training aspect. Training Needs Analysis is done by calculating the gap between Job Position Capability and Personal Working Ability. From the results of the study, it is known that there are 21 components in the area need training and 9 components in the area do not need training. The Training Need Assessment Tools (TNA-T) with gap analysis shows the rank of training needs so as to obtain effective training recommendations
