Abstract

Aneurysms limited to the thoracic aortic arch are a rare entity. Similar to aneurysms involving other parts of the thoracic aorta, timely identification and treatment are essential. This chapter discusses the anatomy, pathology, presentation, diagnosis and treatment of aortic arch aneurysms.
