Corrigendum: A Dysprosium Metallocene Single-Molecule Magnet Functioning at the Axial Limit (Angew. Chem. Int. Ed, (2017), 56, (11445–11449), 10.1002/anie.201705426)

Abstract

Prior to submission of this Communication to Angewandte Chemie on 26 May 2017, the corresponding author had known since 12 April 2017 that another group had already submitted similar work, which was subsequently published on 24 August 2017. The corresponding author wishes fully to acknowledge the prior findings of the other group and the prior submission of their manuscript. In addition, an incorrect crystallographic information file for compound [2Dy][B(C6F5)4] was originally submitted with this Communication. The correct CIF has been deposited at the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre. Associated parameters are provided as Supporting Information to this Corrigendum in Table S1. This error does not affect the results, discussion, or conclusions in the Communication. This Corrigendum is subsequent to a full investigation conducted by the University of Manchester that concluded a finding of “deception in reporting the results of research” by Professor Layfield.
