Abstract

In a highly uncertain and changing context the current one, organizational leaders have a key role in making effective decisions. Recent research suggests transformational leadership as the highly effective management style in this context, as it relates to individual and organizational standards of objective and subjective performance criteria. The new situation we face, since we are in full uncertainty, cannot be treated by applying conventional models, In order to provide appropriate advice, the application of techniques and mathematical models based on fuzzy sets offers a variety of tools. In this research, we have decided to search for maximum similarity sub-relations to compare two measurement methods to be able to decide which one is the most appropriate one. © 2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
