Abstract

Patient: 46-year-old male. Chief Complaint: Fatigue, weight loss, decreased appetite, shortness of breath. History of Present Illness: Symptom onset appeared approximately 1 month ago, but progressively worsened over time. Medical History: No known current medical problems, but has a long history of smoking; no relevant family history. Physical Examination: Patient appeared frail and weak, tachycardic, and had shortness of breath. Positive for all myeloid markers (HLA-DR, CD13, CD33, CD34, CD36, CD11c, CD15, and CD71) Negative for T-cell, B-cell, and megakaryocytic and monocytic markers. No monocytic differentiation.
