Kirschner and John Wiley and Sons Ltd. The retraction has been agreed due to unattributed overlap between this article and the following article published in Interactive Learning Environments, “Examining student learning and perceptions in social annotation-based translation activities” by Na Zhao, Fei Gao & Dazhi Yang (2018), 26:7, 958–969.
