Abstract

We \t\t\thave described a myocardial infarct scar identified by a standard \t\t\tdual source CT coronary angiography (CTCA). We were able to detect \t\t\tthe scar during the routine coronary assessment without contrast \t\t\tlate enhancement and without additional radiation exposure. It is \t\t\ttherefore feasible to assess chronic scar using a standard CTCA \t\t\ttechnique. Cardiol Res. 2014;5(3-4):118-120 doi: http://dx.doi.org/10.14740/cr341w
