Learning media used in education must adapt to the development of all-digital communication. The purpose of this study is to develop interactive multimedia based on articulate storylines on hydrocarbon material for eleven grade SMA/MA students. This type of research is R & D (research and development) by adopting the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were 20 students of class XI IPA MA Bustanul Muta'allimin Blitar. The technique of collecting data is by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the product validation test by the material expert validator showed an average percentage score of 92.5%, by the media expert validator it was 81.0%, and by the chemistry teacher it was 96.0%. The results of the small group trial showed an average percentage score of 80,0%. It can be concluded that interactive multimedia based on articulate storyline on hydrocarbon material is stated to be very valid and good to be applied to eleven grade SMA/MA students
