Abstract

The teleology of university physical education in 21 century is the integration of scientism and humanism. In the past, physical knowledge, skill introduction and health building are emphasized instead of the aim of physical culture and spirit. The education practice of physical potential course can well make up for a deficiency of higher education. This article using potential course in aerobics, to do a survey to physical material culture and mental culture, let students improve in interests, attitude and the conscious of exercise. Furthermore, build up a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Good for students' mental block. Culture their healthy personality. Students' integration capability has improved obviously. Impel the physical education revolution and education for all-round development. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
