The soursop (Annona muricataL) initially existed in the slopes of Peru, it has a physiology and nutritional composition that is very rich in proteins, flavonoids and antioxidants. It has unquantifiable properties of high use for the human being,which are extracted from the pulp, seed and leaves. In this set of reviews,we will mention the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, with the aim of publicizing the profitable consumption and use of this fruit. But without a doubt, the great anticancer power that soursop possesses is the most outstanding of it, a review of various which was carried out, which emphasize the quantification of anaceous, neurotoxic acetogenins and benzyltetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloids, in the same way it was raised in antioxidant activity, highlighting the presence of vitamins C and E, anthocyanins, carotenoids, flavonoids and other phenolic compounds, we can affirm that its intake is a contribution of great importance to health.
