Abstract

Today’s big data is changing the social relationship between people. Its wide application has brought us changes in various fields. This is an unprecedented opportunity and challenge in the field of judicial statistics, which will inevitably have a broad and far-reaching impact on the traditional legal practice model. Data analysis is very important in the prevention of illegal and criminal activities, the effective conduct of reconnaissance activities, the collection of criminal evidence, the acquisition of judicial intelligence, the criminal ruling of similar cases and the reflection of popular legislative demands, judicial injustice, and judicial corruption effect. In addition, the era of big data has a positive effect on the construction of a country’s complete judicial system, including institutional legal institutions and the selection of professionals. At the same time, it also has a positive application and development of judicial disclosure and judicial statistics profound impact.
