The 50th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology showed a shift in the culture of cancer research, moving towards multidisciplinary, integrated, and patient-centric work. Interestingly, immunotherapy was one of the strongest themes to emerge. Copyright: © the authors; licensee ecancermedicalscience.
