Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the condition of the research art in knowledge management and organizational learning, based on the degree and master’s degree studies at universities in Bogotá, in the period 2000-2014. The method used is documentary review. The findings of the revision of one hundred eleven (111) degree jobs in programs with high quality accreditation in careers: business administration, psychology, industrial and systems engineering, and master’s degree programs with qualified qualification are shown in the same disciplines. From the findings of this research we can conclude that the current condition of research in organizational learning and knowledge management, based on grade work, is characterized mainly by conceptual reviews, diagnostics and organizational applications. It is still incipient to approach theories and the design of empirical causal-cut studies. Finally, the number of undergraduate work in organizational learning has tended to decrease since 2007.
