Abstract

With the rapid spread of the information technology and cloud computing, integrating the change of the IT service environment with IT technology-based education led to the emersion of mobile media platform based on tablet PC and smart phones. Therefore, we can predict a rapid change of the education paradigm into one that may seriously rely on the ubiquitous smart devices, with no limitation of time, location, and devices. The 2009 educational revision has set a goal of a new vision to train students and Teachers. The creative and talented candidates for the future society should be capable of adjusting their IT knowledge to its rapid development, sharing open IT, and promoting team spirit through cooperation. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
