Abstract

From the analysis, it is found that the SQ3R learning model has a positive impact on improving teacher performance, which is marked by an increase in student learning mastery at SMAN 1 Belinyu, Bangka Belitung Regency in each stage, namely stage I (66.67%), stage II (77.78%), stage III (88.89%). And the application of the SQ3R model learning method has a positive influence, namely it can increase the learning motivation of SMAN 1 Belinyu Bangka students, Bangka Bangka Belitung Regency which is shown by the results of interviews with several students, the average answer states that students are interested and interested in the SQ3R learning method so that they be motivated to learn. To implement the SQ3R model learning method requires sufficient preparation, so the teacher must be able to determine or choose a topic that can actually be applied by learning the SQ3R model in the teaching and learning process so that optimal results are obtained. ABSTRAKDari analisis diperoleh Pembelajaran  model  SQ3R memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Guru yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa SMAN 1 Belinyu Kabupaten Bangka  Bangka Belitung dalam setiap tahap, yaitu tahap I (66,67%), tahap II (77,78%), tahap III (88,89%). Dan Penerapan metode pembelajaran  model  SQ3R mempunyai pengaruh positif, yaitu dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMAN 1 Belinyu Bangka  Kabupaten Bangka  Bangka Belitung yang ditunjukan dengan hasil wawancara dengan beberapa siswa, rata-rata jawaban menyatakan bahwa siswa tertarik dan berminat dengan metode pembelajaran  model  SQ3R sehingga mereka menjadi termotivasi untuk belajar. Untuk melaksanakan metode pembelajaran  model  SQ3R memerlukan persiapan yang cukup matang, sehingga guru harus mampu menentukan atau memilih topik yang benar-benar bisa diterapkan dengan  pembelajaran model  SQ3R dalam proses belajar mengajar sehingga diperoleh hasil yang optimal.
