Abstract

Introduction: Chronic fatigue syndrome is also called chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome. This disease has now become a common disease in modern medicine. Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of exercise therapy on chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods: We selected 70 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome for the experiment. The exercise group performed gradual exercise, and the control group was inactive. Results: Appropriate and regular exercise can achieve ideal results in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome. Conclusion: Studying methods to prevent and recover from fatigue syndrome will help in understanding and focusing attention on the topic of fatigue, as well as being aware of the methods of self-prevention of fatigue syndrome.
