Abstract

This report has been commissioned by the COMCEC Coordination Office to RAM Rating Services Berhad and the International Shari’ah Research Academy for Islamic Finance. The researchers of the team are Ruslena Ramli, Dr. Marjan Muhammad, Dr. Salma Sairally and Irfan Afifah Mohd Zaki; the advisors are Promod Dass, Hissam Kamal Hassan, Monem Salam and Aamir Rehman.
