This chapter provides a brief overview of videofluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS) in the pediatric population. Topics include indications for VFSS, relevant anatomy and physiology, the role of the speech-language pathologist, and the role of VFSS in defining oropharyngeal dysphagia and guiding treatment.
