Abstract

Identifying the critical chain is the first and most important step among the five focus steps in the critical chain project management. Heuristic algorithms based on priority rule are mainly method of critical chain Identification. But these algorithms don't considered without thinking overall perspective. This paper discusses uncertain factors during the project management, and quotes the idea of risk agent, then put forward a heuristic algorithm based on risk agent in order to avoiding to fall into local optima. © Springer-Verlag 2012.
