In addition, other questions evaluating family status and child academic performance are added. 146 effective responses were received. Children with authoritative parents show a higher self-regulation ability. While authoritarian and neglect parents may contribute to the low self-regulation ability of the child. Whereas, Gender shows no significant difference in these skills. And mother shows a greater influence on the child than the father.
