PENGARUH TERAPI RELAKSASI AUTOGENIK TERHADAP KECEMASAN PASIEN DI RUANG INTENSIVE CARE UNIT RUMAH SAKIT PUSRI PALEMBANG

Abstract

Factors that affect anxiety in the ICU such as feeling worried about the future, lack of knowledge, and fear of using medical devices. Patients being hospitalized in the ICU tend to suffer psychological problems caused by anxiety, depression and psychosis. The study aimed to find out the effect of autogenic relaxation therapy on anxiety of the patients of the ICU Pusri Hospital of Palembang. The design of this study used a pre-experiment with one group pretest and posttest design approach and the sampling technique was consecutive sampling in the ICU room in Palembang Pusri Hospital totaling 16 people.
