Multinuclear NMR

Abstract

A massive database of 13C NMR chemical shifts of inorganic and organometallic compounds has now been built up: more than 1000 relevant papers were published in 1983 alone. There exists a comprehensive listing of 13C NMR data published up to 1978 for organometallic compounds.(1) The Specialist Periodical Report “Spectroscopic Properties of Inorganic and Organometallic Compounds” provides the only comprehensive update of papers containing relevant data.(2) Chemical Abstracts is not a comprehensive source as synthetic papers containing 13C NMR data are often not listed in the 13C NMR section.
