Abstract

In this chapter, we will explore the prosecutor's role in making charging decisions in cases of child sexual abuse. We will discuss the importance of the forensic interview in investigating reports of child sexual abuse, and law enforcement's investigation for purposes of a prosecutor's charging decision.
